Privacy, in plain language.
This page explains how FNFlights LTD., based in Ontario, handles personal information when you use Rowcorda, contact us, or purchase a license. It is written for our Canadian operations and is intended to describe our responsibilities under applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA where it applies. Provincial privacy laws may also apply depending on the activity and information involved.
Information you provide
This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or shop details, project message, account details, and information needed to fulfill a Rowcorda order or support request.
Canadian privacy framework
We identify the purposes for collecting personal information before or when we collect it, and we collect only what a reasonable person would consider appropriate for those purposes. We generally rely on your knowledge and consent, except where applicable law permits collection, use, or disclosure without consent. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice.
Orders and payments
Checkout is completed on the FNFlights store through its payment provider. Payment credentials are handled by that provider. FNFlights receives the order, billing, and fulfillment details needed to process the purchase, issue a license, provide support, and keep an audit trail.
How we use information
- operate Rowcorda, the website, licensing, and requested services;
- respond to questions, project inquiries, and support requests;
- prevent abuse, protect the service, and keep business and audit records;
- send service-related messages, such as order, license, or support updates.
Cookies and technical data
The product site may use essential cookies or local browser storage for language preference, session handling, and security. Hosting and security systems may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser, and request time to keep the service reliable and safe.
Safeguards and service providers
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and security practices for the website, licensing, and support systems. We may share information with providers that host the site, process payments, deliver communications, provide requested services, or help protect the service. Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local law. We remain accountable for information under our control and use safeguards appropriate to the circumstances.
Privacy incidents
If personal information under our control is involved in a privacy breach, we will assess the circumstances and the risk of significant harm. Where applicable Canadian law requires it, we will report the breach to the relevant regulator, notify affected individuals and other organizations, and keep the required records.
Sharing and retention
We use and disclose information only for the purposes identified at collection, for related purposes you would reasonably expect, with your consent, or where applicable law permits or requires it. We keep information only as long as needed for those purposes and reasonable business, tax, licensing, security, and audit records, then delete or anonymize it when practical.
Access and correction
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, how it is used or disclosed, and request a correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Email admin@fnflights.com with enough detail for us to locate the information. We may need to verify your identity and may limit or refuse access where applicable law allows. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
